Please provide complete details including your Name, Address, City, Email Address, Phone Number, along with a screenshot of the payment and selected products.
The delivery time for all orders is a minimum of 7–12 working days from order confirmation. Kindly place your order accordingly.
Free delivery is available only on orders with full payment (100% prepaid).
Orders with partial advance or Cash on Delivery will have shipping charges applied.

For Cash on Delivery, a minimum advance payment is required:
– Rs. 1,000 per product for orders below Rs. 10,000
– 50% of total order value for orders above Rs. 10,000
Exchange is available only in case of a defect or incorrect product. A clear 360° parcel opening video showing the issue is mandatory. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.
Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
